Crashes after updating – Talking Caillou Free Review

Awful customer service. Have emailed developers twice & no response. This is a very fun app & my go to for my lil nephew. However, I found when using the app, there would be many times when Caillou wouldn't repeat & I would have to restart. Because of that, I updated the app & now it just crashes right after opening. My nephew loved the app before the glitches. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
