Need to provide support for customers. – Spider 2 - GameClub Review

This game is fun...when you can play it. Here's the thing, if I spent 4.99 on the game, you need to provide gameplay support. I understand the concept of having lots of different options and secrets, but you need to help us out with these mysteries. I got the first one, but I can't unlock two more areas because I haven't figured the others out. I want to unlock the whole game first before I go explore more in depth. I understand that makes the game challenging, but you shouldn't keep me locked out of something I paid for OR provide written instructions on what to do with the clues, because I'm literally stuck and a little angry since I paid so much for the game. Please help us out.
