No updates – Substrate Review

I wrote a review a couple of years ago. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!! I guess the author has no intention of making a fix. What an -------. Oh well, what can you say?! Or he or she simply doesn't care. Probably the latter. There's a problem with substrate where it does not recognize, and thus crashes, when applying a picture image in the setup screen. I contacted support over six weeks ago, but absolutely nothing has been done to address the problem! I think the program is very cool when it works, but until the problem is fixed... don't buy it. You wouldn't buy a broken toy or game would ya?? Well... same here. Don't buy it!!
