Excited, but it's not working – Adobe Social: Content Workflows Review

I've been waiting for this app to come out so I can handle any issues for my company at any time and any place. Unfortunately, the app doesn't open for me. Beyond that I don't know if it integrates well or not - I need it to open!!!
