No undo – Insta Blur - Touch photo to blur, photo mosaic effects Review

I couldn't really figure out how to properly use this app. Sure it has creative different blurring options, but this app doesn't have a feature where it lets you choose if you want to blur the entire photo or just parts that you manually smudge. There is no undo button either; every time I mess up I would have to restart. The brush size is too large for me.
