Too many bugs to keep playing – Amaranthine Voyage: The Shadow of Torment HD - A Magical Hidden Object Adventure Review

Twice I've been stuck because of a bug in the game and no way around. The first one happened after successfully completing a HOP but it did not give me the needed object and It won't let me replay the puzzle. The second one happened after starting the game as a different player and I cannot continue forward. Forum is useless. I purchased this so does anyone know how I can get a refund and try another game?
