Worked much better before the current update – HappyFox Helpdesk Review

The current update made it all but impossible to find your own tickets and to manage you're queue. This was easy to do in the previous version, but this new update has made the app more difficult to use in favor of what appear to be only cosmetic changes. I'm really hoping the company realizes this and brings back the old functionality.
