Can't download database – Wiki Offline — A Wikipedia Experience Review

I purchased Wiki Offline several weeks ago and up to now I am still unable to download the database. When I download, it will stop in middle and then I would have start all over again. Now after so many tries, it doesn't even download anymore. When I click on "resume" it does not download or resume the download. I'm stuck. I have written to their support email, I hope they will attend to this. Previously I was able to download their earlier version and I was quite happy with it. When I upgraded it, that's when the problem started. Now I can't use it anymore.
