Doesn't work properly – XIII Lost Identity – HD Review

Im stuck in the beginning. The screen doesn't scroll. So I can't pick up items. I'm sure it does this throughout the whole game. I only got one item off the screen out of pure luck. Fix this bug please. I was considering on buying this but not anymore since do a simple thing like picking up objects cuz the screen doesn't scroll. It only scrolls up and down and zoom in and out. That's it fix this bug PLEASE.!!
