Awesome Customer Service!! – Waiter.com Food Delivery and Takeout Review

Easy to order, but the best part was their customer service. When they had a delay in the delivery of our order they called to let us know, however being that the restaurant was close by and we had hungry kids we asked if we could pick up the order ourselves. They not only arranged it, they refunded all fees, and gave us a credit towards a future order. They went above and beyond what I expected, and we'll definitely use them for future deliveries. A+ customer service
