Don't Go To Paris Without This App – Next Stop Paris – RATP Review

If you plan to travel a lot by Metro in Paris, this app is essential. You can search a couple ways; by the attraction you're heading too, it will direct you to the closest Metro station and direct you to the one closest to the place, or from one station to another if you know which stations you are leaving from and going to. It gives you the option for the fastest route or the route with the least stops. It tells you which direction to take so there's no confusion. We had a three-day Paris Visite pass which was great. We didn't have to stop to buy a ticket each time. The Metro & RER trains really is the best way to get around. The only caution I have is to try to avoid the Metro during rush hour. It's extremely crowded and you may have to wait for a couple trains to go by until you can find one you can fit into. This is also a prime time for pick-pockets. Loved this app and can't wait to use it again on my trip next month.
