Good Game But......... – Grim Tales: The Vengeance HD - A Hidden Objects Detective Thriller Review

Good game but, when I decided to purchase it, and paid for it, I could not play it. My initial purchase was charged to my credit card but the game would not unlock. I click "already purchased" and am told that there is no history of the purchase. I then go back and click"unlock" again and am told that I have already purchased the game and do I want a free copy. I say yes and am brought to the unlock screen where the nightmare starts again. I decided to check out the games that I have purchased and played in the past and am having the same problem as another player described in that it seems to want me to unlock and pay games that I have already paid for in order to play them a second time!! I have sent a question into BigFish on this. Should not have to pay a second time to play a game more than once!! I contacted Apple and my money was refunded. I contacted BigFish and within hours they responded saying that they were aware of the problem and had just released a fix. I checked and everything is working! Service was great which is not the norm today with most companies! I am back playing the game and am loving it!
