Why do you need this app?? – myAXA Review

I tried this app, since I have had an AXA account for many years. It wouldn't accept my user id or password. It wanted me to enter my SS number. I went to the AXA website and logged in and everything was fine. I had total access to my account. So why do you need this app?? I suggest the folks at AXA concentrate on something the investors want-not these redundant applications.
