In app purchases not showing up anymore – Curious George: Zoo Animals Review

I purchased deep freeze and outback and no longer have access. Updated: I had turned off in-app purchases. When I reset my iTunes password, I had to turn on in-app purchases to restore purchases. I was able to turn off in-app purchases again after successfully restoring. My little one loves this app.
