Cannot open magazine – Cooking Light Magazine Review

I love Cooking Light magazine and am a print subscriber. This app is EXTREMELY CONFUSING. Fix Please!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done with the digital version. I am trying and trying and trying to download the October 2014 issue and it crashes always. I love Cooking Light but geesh is anyone there paying attention to the reviews? Please fix.
