App is not working – Scott Catalogue Review

I have used the app for more than two years now and have always found it to be a little buggy, however the ability to have multiple catalogues on my device has always made up for the inconvenience I have come to expect. In the past catalogues that I had previously purchased would randomly be blank. As others have stated a simply fix was to archive the catalogue and download it to the device again. A bit of a pain but it has been the only solution. So now for a week I haven't been able to download any catalogues. I have archived all of my catalogues, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, and still nothing. The app has zero value for me now. Please fix!!!!' I have multiple catalogues registered to the app and without the ability to view them I feel as if I've been taken.
