Two 9 of Clubs – Ace Solitaire for card Review

My second game I turned a card (it was the 9 of Clubs). Problem: I already had a 9 of Clubs on the board. I then discovered that the one on the Board did not behave as a black 9 (I came upon a red 8--It would not play on the 9 of Clubs on the Board. I will be deleting this game if I don't see a Fix in the very near future.
