Can't recruit? – Esenthel RTS Review

Hoping for a Warcraft 2 rts and found this one. The second chapter is to build a barracks which I did. But I can't get more troops and orcs keep coming one at a time. No instructions or hints. Checked the website. Administrator says I'll fix that bug in the future. That was dated 01/09/13! Drop this game!
