Doesn't work – DAVE Game Pro ( The Adventures And Action Game) Review

I downloaded the game and was so exited until i discovered that the joystick doesn't work properly it doesn't go up neither down ( waste of money!!!!) I want a refund that's not fare, or fix the game please!!!!
