BUG?!? – Tiny Castle Review

I keep getting this pop-up notification asking if I want to enable notifications, and no matter what option I tap, "great" or "no thanks", the app automatically closes! My device is up to date on Apple software updates, and the app itself is also updated, so why is this happening?!?!?
