Has the features other apps DON'T – HourMate - Hourly Chime & Time Reminder for Keeping Track of Your Precious Hours Review

I'm thinking all these people with bad reviews must have the power button on their app turned off, or must not have allowed push notifications. Works wonderfully, even with no app in the background! Perfect for what I needed.
