Misleading description and poor design – Start Up! Browser (Ad Blocker) Review

I bought this app specifically as an ad blocker and not only was I unimpressed with the poor user interface....it did not block a single ad when I tried to use it for a streaming site on my iPhone six. Plus the display isn't even in HD. I want my dollar back.
