Can't get the letters in boxes, don't "snap" in – Happi Words Review

I know the answer to the first one is green but I cannot put the letters in the boxes and have it except each letter. I don't see a way to go continue in the game if the letters don't snap into the boxes. iPhone 6. Tried website no support, not sure how to get help.
