Won't load my library – Loopcam HD – Make Videos with Emojis & Filters Review

Super frustrated. I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting but it just will not load my library. I had access to it but it's just a black screen when I try. I couldn't even tell you if this app is good because it doesn't work. I'll change my rating if this gets fixed.
