Use these tips... Don't save Excel files to a xlsx file. It only works with xls. Plug your phone into iTunes and authorize your phone. Click on your phone which should be the right icon on the 3rd bar down. Click apps under settings and scroll down to SA Contacts and click it. Locate your file on your computer and drag it into the window and drop. Launch the app on your phone and follow directions. I can't get it to work on my iPad but works fine on the iPhone. Good luck!
