Great app, annoying glitch – Assassin's Creed IV® Black Flag Companion Review

There is a glitch where when I am managing Edward's fleet, the app crashes. No big deal, right? But when I quit the app and reopen it, it won't let me use the fleet. It says that I have it open on another platform, but my Xbox is not running. Very unpleasant issue, needs to be fixed.
