Simply does not work – Color Editor FX HD - Recolor Photo & Splash Picture Effects Review

The upgrade did get rid of ads and watermarks on my iPad. But it simply does not function even at a rudimentary level. The first picture I tried went well, but I was coloring eyes, so there was no visible smearing. Decided to grade (it mentioned tool bars, plural). The undo does not work, the pan and enlarge do not work, and once you pan and or enlarge it is simply coloring in the wrong area and undo does not work. Definitely a fraudulent app!
