Dominican Republic flag is not there – Hidden Emoticon Sticker Secret Smileys for Skype Lite Review

Soooo.....there's over 100 flags from countries all over the world and you would think that most special flag like my own (Santo Domingo) is not one of the options. Why is that? I didn't like the AP, I thought it was for every one but apparently not.
