Where's the PDF? – Tips and Tricks - Windows 7 Secrets (LITE) Review

Some good tips in the full version of this app for teaching those who don't know a lot about Windows 7 and aren't likely to seek out even basic tips on their own. However, I am disappointed because paid $2.99 for the full version AND the PDF version, but no download link or any other way to access a PDF version ever appeared. I don't think I missed something somewhere. The developer has failed to reply to inquiries. Apple stepped in and credited my account, which is fine. But I really would like a reply from the company explaining what they are offering and how users are supposed to access a PDF version of the app. I'll think twice before purchasing from this company again.
