Can't even open the app – City of Florence SC Review

I cannot even open the app I have an iPhone 6 and I was able to download the app to my phone. Once I try to open it it automatically closes. It does however shoe it's running in the background when I double tap on the home button but it won't let me use the app. So disappointed
