Error upon opening – My Monopoly Review

My son received the custom monopoly board game as a birthday present. We were so excited to start printing pictures. However we cannot make the app work! It says there is an error and to try again. Day 3 of trying and still same error. The website stated on the boardgame itself is down too! Help?!
