Alarm doesn't work – SleepSmart Insomniac Sleep Genius: Best Sleep and Awakening Ever with Alarm Clock, Sleep Cycle and White Noise Sound Machine! Review

I installed this app on my iPad mini and the alarm doesn't work. The sleep feature works well. I am annoyed that I paid for the upgrade and I can't even contact the developer. The instructions are vague and could be improved. I have a similar app. that works much better.
