Excellent COIN simulator – Vietnam...'65 Review

I don't know where the enemy is, but I know he's out there and he's up to something. I'm sleeping with my Bowie knife under my pillow nowadays. I play this game according to COIN doctrine (ink stain strategy) and I'm doing well so far. Other Slitherine games, like the WW2 simulators, stress combined arms (3G warfare) strategy, but this game is about 4th generation warfare. It's got simplified units--the combat engineer doubles as a mechanic and loses most of his combat punch, for example--but it covers the essentials. If they added a field medic and a mechanic unit it might add too much complication. But I think it wouldn't be too much to ask for a psychiatric unit to deal with my PTSD, right?
