Confused – Baby Hospital Care Center : Babysitting & Nurse Review

I downloaded this app thinking it was going to be fun. But, I started the game and it didn't even tell you how to play. Then, the first round just started and I had no clue what I was doing, and it only gave you 1 minute to do it! The game doesn't even tell you what to do, it was really disappointing.
