Lost my upgrade – Touch Animals Lite, Animated Zoo and Farm Cartoon Animals for kids Review

My kids loved this app so much I bought the upgrade to have access to all the animals. Recently I lost my access to the extra animals and can't get it to restore. So upsetting.
