Very Basic – Trumpet+ Lite Review

I've been playing trumpet for four (nearing five) years, and this app would have been helpful when I was first learning, but even then, not by much. The songs are difficult to play to, and for a beginner's app, an improvement would be to show the songs as they would look on sheet music. The range is much less than that of a trumpet, and I found the sharp and flat functions difficult to figure out (I didn't figure them out). I only gave this app a quick once-over, but I dislike it and would not recommend it to those wanting to learn the instrument. While the fingerings are useful, simply printing out a chart would be much easier (and avoid you getting yelled at for having your phone out in class).
