is this or is this not texting & driving sim – Speed-Text Review

I'm pretty sure that this app was made to help people get better at texting and driving. why is it I'm "racing" category? and what's with the 8 fake reviews? devs, I hope you didn't spend too much time and/or money on this app, because you're never getting either back from this app.
