Buyer beware !!!!!! – Diary Journal Pro Review

I have had this app for the past three years, and have been using it and loving it. I had it backed up to the cloud, downloaded the new iOS version on my iPhone, and it has locked me out. I have checked with the company that makes it, several times. Terrible customer service. Three years of journaling lost because this program has not been backed up since 2011. We found that out when we were checking to see why this is not working. Hate that I lost so much information due to this app.
