Extremely dissatisfied – Cookie Creator - Kids Food & Cooking Salon Games Review

My 2 year old has been using this app for a while... She loves it even though there is a pop up every other screen... So I bought her a couple of the expansions and the frosting isn't working... I've reloaded the app it's still not working very disappointing I hope they do something to fix this!
