Frustrating! – Call Recording Pro (with transcripts) Review

Used this app one time or year ago. It worked like a dream. I used it twice this week and both times the link for the transcript of the calls shows error messages. My emails to the company to have this corrected and get the transcripts that I need have gone unanswered. I love this app and what it does but right now it's not doing what it's supposed to do and I am frustrated and cannot recommend it.
