Have not been able to get the app to work. Disappointed and dismayed because can't seem to get refund.

I have done three tests on this app, and while I get an automatic email with the audio and (what's supposed to be) a link to the transcript, when I click the link, it takes me to a blank webpage. I downloaded the free version, then saw they have a pro version. I downloaded the pro version and it doesn't seem to work. I've spent over $10 on this app, and expect it to work. The test button never called me (yes, I made sure my number was entered in the correct format), and when I pushed the Save button, a Notice of Transmision came up, and after I pushed allow, nothing happened. Can someone from customer service get back to me? Even the Help tab didn't work.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus running IOS 11.1 and the app did not function properly. It required me to test my phone connection but the call never made it through (yes, the ‘1’ was in front of my number). Without this test, the app is useless. Don’t waste your money!

Delightfully confused.
Seriously don't waste your money. I still can only get the audio to record and email to me. The phone call recording still hasn't worked for me. Every time I link my incoming orrrr outgoing call to them it leaves the call on mute or simply drops the call or their link site. If that isn't enough the help pages are four tiny pages with a sentence or two. Unhelpful is being generous. I am ashamed I bought this. Really. I would guess most reviews are planted. ?

I am a tax accountant and am on the phone 6 hrs a day. love this app-my customers don't mind me recording calls instead of taking notes. the transcripts are a really useful addition I couldn't find in any other app. I feel comfortable stating this app rules!!

Stumbled across this app by chance. It didnt seem too expensive and has been worth every cent. I love its ease of use and the clarity of the recordings.

Love the transcripts generated for all the call recordings. I though I had to pay extra $$ for these transcripts but was pleasantly surprised its included with the initial purchase!! Goo deal for all users imo. It captres names and telephone numbers very well.
