It is cute game – Tiny King Review

I just have a little problem, that I cannot get the puzzle piece on level 2, after the ice bucket pour to king's head, the piece comes out and keeps jumping and bouncing???? I tried but couldn't get it??? Why???? Then after a while the puzzle piece disappears??? ??????
