LOST ALL Game Progress and in--0app purchases – Super Rabbit Fighting Review

For Super Rabbit, my little boy was playing it yesterday afternoon and the game went blank, deleting all his purchases and game progress. Tried unsuccessfully restoring from iCloud. "Load Game" says "no game state found". Also, tried "app Support", but was unable to enter a request. Very disappointing, as my little boy had all the upgrades and all purchases to level 3; even his game progress is gone. He is being prompted to start all over again.
