This app is a very good way for people who have never done ab workouts or who haven't been working out their abs lately. It is not for athletes who already have an ab program. However, for its target market it does very well. There are very informative videos the describe exactly what you need to do for each exercise. These videos are live action with real people doing the exercises. The interface if very clean, though you have to do all of the exercise groups in the order the app wants. Also, when you finish a set you need to shake the device to move on, which is kind of strange. Overall, for beginners looking to learn some new ab workouts this is a really great app.
