Problematic – Raincast - NOAA Home Screen Rain Probability and Percent Chance Review

Some problems with the app: 1. The app is showing Tomorrow's forecast on the first bar instead of today's. 2. It won't refresh in Notification Center unless you have location services set to Always which drains the battery. It also seems that the main app needs to be running. 3. The badge app icon doesn't work unless the app is running. Nice concept, but needs more work.
