Help – Auto Ringtone UK: Create Free Talking Caller ID Ringtones using British Text-To-Speech English Voices Review

It's simple. Create a caller ID that speaks the name in a UK voice. Download the app, allow access to contacts and when some call the app will speak the name of the caller. Why is this so hard for Apple to do??????? Galaxy here I come!!!!
