Head's UP – IE Sync Pro - for Internet Explorer Review

I just bought this app thinking it'd help me use IE on my iPad Air. Not so. I downloaded the app for $.99, then tried to use it and was directed to a site where there were some user comments and got the sense that the app does not work for anybody at all on an iPad. Seems like junk, … at least so far.
