Always loved the app but... – Themes Designer FREE Review

On iOS6 this was the best back ground maker there was but it did crash a lot, on iOS7 I don't like that you need to be connected to internet in order to use it. When I try to make a back ground with a picture from my photos it doesn't work. It lets me select a photo but then pulls my photos back up as if I didn't choose one. I emailed them about this and got no reply. I think they made their iOS7 version too complicated. iOS6 version was definitely better. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.
