Crippled functionality – Root Explorer - Browser, File Manager & PDF Reader Review

App does not even attempt to access any exisiting content. I was expecting an alternate method to access my Camera Roll, and this app never even requested access to my photos. If I wanted to only access cloud storage, then this *might* be useful. Uninstalled.
