Disappointed – Witch's Workshop: Open For Business Review

Was really enjoying this game until I reached Level 20 and it only allows me to swipe a few of the bottles away, then it just hovers there until all the stars are gone and brings up another person and it starts all over again not allowing me to swipe away the bottles by the people. Was trying to get three stars on each level before going forward but had to try next level and same thing happened.
